These Terms govern your use of ShiftProof, a workforce time-tracking service operated by Wiles Digital Group LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ShiftProof lets companies track worker shifts using GPS and selfie verification, calculate Liberian payroll, and generate reports. We provide the service "as is" and work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for the accounts you create and for keeping login details secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your accounts.
3. Worker consent — employer responsibility
ShiftProof collects location and selfie data from workers. If you are an employer using ShiftProof, you are responsible for informing your workers about this collection and obtaining their consent, as required by applicable law. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse workers' data.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone's rights.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another company.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to break the security of the service.
- Falsify clock-in records or use the service to deceive.
5. Payment
ShiftProof is offered on monthly subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance per company. Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. If payment is not received, we may suspend access until the account is brought current.
6. Your data
Your company's data belongs to you. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion of your data when you close your account.
7. Availability & changes
We may update, improve, or change features of the service over time. We may also update these Terms; if we make significant changes, we'll make the updated version available here with a new date.
8. Disclaimers & liability
ShiftProof is a tool to assist with workforce tracking and payroll calculation. You remain responsible for verifying payroll figures and complying with employment and tax laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiles Digital Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, or for non-payment.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia and, where applicable, the State of Minnesota, USA.
